Hi everybody! As many of you requested me to upgrade my old mini cannons, or make new, more powerful ones. Today I decided to show you how to make a fire mini cannon with a simple screw-bolt. First of all, let me tell you what we need to do, and then I’ll show how it should be done. So, let’s start.

First we have to cut a screw-bolt in two pieces, better to do it in the place where the screw ends. We don’t need the part with the screw any more. We have to make a small hole near this mark, but it shouldn’t be a through hole, it has to be made till the middle. Take a drill with a bigger diameter, and make a hole in the center inside of the screw-bolt till this mark, which also shouldn’t be open. We have ti get nearly the same thing inside. Then we have to bore it with emery or file, round it, make a little narrowing, and make a cannon shape.

That’s all, the details for mini cannon are ready. I’m going to stick them together. The for cannon wagon design you can make depending on your imagination. Then I’m going to stick it together and I’ll tell you what we will charge the cannon with, and what it will shoot with. Then we will move to testing. Now I’m going to tell you what we need for charging of a mini cannon. First we need a wick. If you don’t know how to make it, you may watch the video about it as well. Then, we take sulphur from matches, or you may use gunpowder. Instead of cannon ball we can use the pellets for pneumatics, or cut nail to pieces.

That’s all. We have got such a mini cannon. As it was dark outside, I was testing it in my room, and in order not to make much noise and smoke, I made just two shots – the one shot was blank, and the second one was better, as you might have seen. The fist shot was blank because I’ve beetled the cannon ball badly, and it has shoot out slightly. Thanks for your attention!
