Hi my dear friends! In today’s video I’d like to show you a brilliant idea of how to make a balanced champagne holder. I think this holder will look cool on the New Year’s table and it will look very unusual as well.

What do we need in order to make such a holder? First, we need a screwdriver or a drill, hole saw, some call it boring bit, with the diameter 38 mm. Next, we need a hacksaw, miter box, polypropylene pipe for 50 mm. Well, guys, first I thought to paint this holder, but then I got the idea to cover it with a mirror scotch tape as it’s going to be very unusual and cool. The main thing we need is champagne. I’ve forgotten to mention previously that that the length of a polypropylene pipe is 40 cm.

First thing we have to do is to insert the polypropylene pipe into the miter box and cut it at 45 degrees corner. The same procedure is to be done at another side.

Insert the hole saw into screwdriver.

Now it’s important to make a hole not on this side, but on another one, where the the pie is the longest. You may make a few holes for 1 or 2 bottles. But we are going to make one hole as an experiment.

The holder is almost ready, now we take a mirror scotch tape and cover with it carefully. After covering it, remove the odds with stationary knife.

Well, dear friends, New Year balanced holder is ready.

Insert the neck into this hole, and voila! Due to the angle of 45 degrees and counterbalance of the bottle the holder bottle won’t fall down.
