Hello everybody! Roman is here with you! Today I’d like to show you how to make cotton candy at home with the help of a simple ventilator. You may use a ventilator or just take any motor and attach a CD disk to it. Let me show you what we need first of all.

First, we need two CD disks, we cut such coins out of the disks, this procedure is quite an easy. For instance, we take something round to the disk, draw a line with the marker, then heat a stationery knife on the stove and cut it out easily. The hole is made with the help of a heated nail.

We take a disk and stick the slices to it, it’s critical to stick the slices exactly in the middle. If we fail to do it, the disk will vibrate and we can’t succeed.

The heading is ready, let’s move to the ventilator. We put the ventilator on horizontally and remove the defending cover,

then we remove the propeller,

and the other part of the defending cover.

We also need a box, I have cut such a window there beforehand

and a hole at the bottom of the box.

 

This is very easy to do with the stationery knife as well.

We attach the box and fix it with the plug from the ventilator,

then we place the heading on it

and fix it.

Our machine is ready, now we need to prepare a sugar syrup. It is very easy to cook: 50/50 proportion. If you took a similar glass of sugar you need to take the same portion of water. The main thing is that you need to mix it everytime on the medium fire, you can boil it in a simple metal cup. The syrup will be ready when it will get a light yellow color, but it shouldn’t be of a brown color.

The machine and syrup are both ready, now let’s start preparation of cotton candy.
We should pour the syrup nearly in this part of the disk with the small drops.
